Notre Dame University-Louaize North Lebanon Campus (NDU-NLC) American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) branch students visited on September 29, 2017, the FOLDA industry.
During the long and beneficial visit, the students were introduced to the different departments at FOLDA and shown the company’s different manufacturing processes. In addition, students attended a 45-minute presentation, during which the marketing manager at FOLDA detailed all the products manufactured and discussed some of the company’s current innovative projects.
The head conservator allowed the students to observe up close everything being restored, and he explained all the techniques and materials being used, which was directly related to what they had learned in their course at NLC.
